An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Care Manager with 2 years' experienceto join a reputable residential care provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £48,000 - £65,000.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day management of a children's residential home, ensuring high standards of care and fostering an environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Care Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years' experience managing a residential home for looked-after children and young people.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards this qualification).
- Understanding of relevant residential guidelines, including Quality Standards, Care Standards Act, and Children's Home Regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding care.
- Valid UK driving license would be preferred.
