Working at various sites across Warwickshire, you'll carry out planned and responsive repairs and installations as required, including but not exclusive to refurbishments, damp repairs, fitting kitchens and bathrooms, painting, landscaping and plastering. You’ll also provide multi-skilled expertise within the relevant trade area offering a high-quality repairs and replacement service, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all.We’re looking for someone with a City & Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 in at least one trade with skills and experience in a similar role, who can work with a wide range of people and take initiative.
