The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented and ambitious Full Stack Developer to join us as our lead technical resource. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our platform's development and shape its technical direction from the ground up.

Role Overview
As our lead developer, you'll be responsible for:

- Maintaining and evolving our current WordPress-based platform
- Leading the technical transformation to a more scalable architecture using Laravel and React
- Implementing AI integrations and advanced search functionality
- Developing innovative features to enhance user experience
- Making key technical decisions that will shape the platform's future

Technical Requirements
Must Have:

- Strong experience with PHP and WordPress development
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Laravel framework
- Familiarity with React and modern frontend development
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of SQL and database optimization

Nice to Have:

- Experience with AI/ML integrations
- Advanced AWS certifications
- Experience with serverless architecture

- Expertise in AWS services such as:

- Lambda for serverless computing
- S3 for storage
- EC2 for cloud computing
- RDS for database management
- CloudFront for content delivery
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automated testing

- Background in recruitment tech or HR systems
Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete development lifecycle of our platform
- Lead the migration from WordPress to a Laravel/React stack
- Design and implement cloud-native architecture on AWS
- Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize for cost-efficiency
- Implement advanced search algorithms and AI-powered features
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in the cloud
- Design scalable and resilient cloud architecture
- Optimize platform performance and scalability
- Integrate with third-party services and APIs
- Ensure security best practices are followed across cloud services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Mentor future junior developers as the team grows
