Actively communicates with all area Managers and team members to build positive team morale, completing pre-shift briefings.Identify training needs of individuals and carry out required training as necessary and in conjunction with each specific Lounge Manager, ensuring all staff are trained on menu and wine choices, as well as upselling techniques and how to use the till system.FinancialsActively up sell each request to maximise revenue and profitability, as well as helping to guide and brief staff to do the same.Investigate and monitor all card variances, ensuring and variances are logged and reported to the Operational Data Analysis ManagerEnsure all end of day procedures are completed and tills closed correctly at the end of each shift.Makes personal recommendations based on knowledge and experience to improve products and service.Client RelationsCollectively support both the Amex Lounge Manager and the Premium Bars Manager to meet the needs of clients and delivery of first-class service to guests.Customer SatisfactionAcknowledge and act upon individual customer needs whilst observing the service standards.Deal with all customer comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow up action where required.Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate follow-up action where necessary.Have knowledge of all premium bars and special event products and be able to advise the customer in a professional and helpful manner.Share best practice across units and strive in the achievement of total customer satisfaction.Operational delivery of all allocated special events, ranging from small internal meetings to large dinners/working lunchesBusiness Excellence To deliver consistently against agreed service standards set by the Deputy Head of Hospitality and Special Events Manager, to work in line with Levy UK Core Signatures for all premium areas.Ensure that the delivery of catering services is in line with set standards within the business as outlined in SOP’s.Communicate with culinary team to inform them of what areas will be open, what we expect sales and attendance levels to be, as well as any other updates.
