The thing that makes your position so important at Equator is that you will be instrumental in leading a data-driven culture, while playing an influential part in helping to shape data strategy and being responsible for business intelligence, data analysis, mining, segmentation and digital experience optimisation.This role comprises both the analysis of web data (to support data-driven decision-making), as well as the implementation of analytics platforms.Main Responsibilities:Measurement PlanningCreating and updatingmeasurement strategy for web analytics data collection.Auditing & TroubleshootingAuditingAdobe Analytics configuration.AuditingAdobe Analytics reportsand dashboards, amending existing dashboards and creating new dashboards where needed.Experience debugging analytics set-upand resulting tracking.Auditing andvalidatingcustom Adobe Analytics tracking.Auditing of tracking integration between third party platforms and Adobe Analytics e.g. optimisation platforms like Optimizely, live chat platforms.Technical ImplementationImplementing configuration amends/enhancements toAdobeAnalytics incl. but not limited to custom tracking additions(using Adobe's tag management system, Adobe Launch).Creating and configuring customsegments, calculatedmetricsand custom alertswithin Adobe Analyticsfor business requirements.Analysis & Insights ExtractionManaging large datasets from disperse sources, developing conclusions and presenting actionable recommendations.Conductingin-depth analysis of web analytics data, interpretingcomplex datasetsandextractingactionable insights.Reporting & VisualisationInterrogating and visualising data to drive insights and support strategicdecision-making.Integration of multiple data sources into unified visualisation/exploratory platform (e.g. Power BI) including all the expected skills within this area i.e.Data preparation,Data analysis,Data modelling (TBC),Data visualisation.CollaborationWorking closely with internal teams and with the client’s teams to ensure outputs are aligned with client’s businessobjectives.The Ideal Candidate:Min. 1year’sexperience working in equivalent role is essential.Proven data interpretation and insights extraction experience, interpreting complex data inti actionable insights.Proven experience in web analytics methodologies, tools, and analysis packages to collect, validate, and analyse data. Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics essential.Proficiencyin analyticalapproachesand visualisationplatforms(e.g.SQL, PowerBI, Tableau,Google Looker Studio).Proven experience with tag management and debugging tools. Adobe Launch essential.Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing is beneficial.Maintainingstrict QAand data governanceprocesses and standardsin order todeliver high data integrity.Demonstrated experience in gathering, cleansing,advanced segmenting,analysingand developing visual representations of data to help explore,understandand communicate data, and performing analytics for informed decision making.Experience working directly with clients, delivering agreed outputs and communicating key insights and recommended actions.
