Job Title: Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner

Type : Permanent, Full-Time
Pay : �22,880-�24,500 per year
Link3 is currently seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the team in BR2, Bromley on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that promote early childhood development.
* Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
* Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a supportive network.
* Ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.
Essential Requirements:
* Level 2 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or higher.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* More than 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Passionate about child development and learning.
