Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 3-6 Months
Pay Rate: �26 per hour
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 RMN to join a dynamic Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in the Tees, Esk, and Wear area. This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a care coordinator within the CMHT, managing a caseload of clients.
* Providing comprehensive assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
* Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
* Liaising with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
Requirements:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a CMHT or mental health setting.
* Experience as a care coordinator or in social work is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
