ool EasyVista. The team is responsible for both the delivery and effectiveness of the product.Your responsibilities will include:Design and implement EasyVista solutions based on business requirements.Integrate EasyVista with other IT systems and applications as needed.Create and maintain documentation related to EasyVista configurations, workflows, and best practices.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the EasyVista platform.Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of ITSM strategies and objectives.What Do We Need From You?You will have good knowledge of EasyVista or other ITSM/ITOM platforms. Including system configuration and automation.You will also possess a strong grasp of IT Service Management best practices and how to interpret them for our business, in particular ITIL processes.You will have an analytical mindset with good attention to detail as well as being customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.Awareness of scripting languages such as JavaScript and familiarity with SQL would be advantageous.
