adi Facilities Engineering Contracts Manager
Location - We are ideally seeking a candidate based within the central belt of England who is willing to travel to client sites as required.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage contracts within our facilities Engineering division.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for the management and support of contracts with clients, in line within agree SLA's and KPI's.
This role requires a strong understanding of facilities Engineering operations and contracts.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
* Mobilisation - Supporting the initial mobilisation phase of new contracts, ensuring that all resources, personnel, and systems are in place for the smooth delivery of services as outlined in the contract.
* Contract Negotiation - Involves leading contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business and legal requirements.
* Contract Management - Focuses on overseeing the execution of contracts, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with terms, and managing any required contract variations
* Risk Management - Identifying potential risks, resolving disputes, and ensuring contractual obligations are achieved, minimizing any negative impacts on the organisation.
* Relationship Management & Reporting - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors while providing regular reports on contract performance, compliance, and any areas of concern.
* Upselling - Proven ability to effectively engage customers and promote additional services to enhance the clients experience and additional value of one adi engineering solution.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in contract and technical management for hard service engineering contracts.
* Skills in managing planned and reactive work orders across multiple sites.
* Expertise in contractor management, commercial compliance, and site monitoring.
* A background in the food manufacturing and/or industrial manufacturing industry.
* Strong client relationship skills with proven direct interaction experience.
* Leadership abilities to guide teams by example.
* The capability to identify, estimate, and manage additional minor works.
* Proficiency in liaising with customer stakeholders and account management while managing adi FM site service teams independently, including providing updates, reports, and conducting review meetings.
