An exciting opportunity has arisen for a level 3 qualified Room Leader to join a renowned childcare nursery. This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £25,000 - £27,000.
As a Room Leader, you will support the management team and take charge of leading one of the nurserys rooms, ensure smooth daily operations, provide excellent care, and build strong relationships with parents.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a oom Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, Assistant Room Manager, Senior Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Background in a leadership or supervisory role within a nursery or early years setting.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Ideally have 1 year of experience in a nursery.
- Enhanced DBBS check.
