An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a Private Client department at a well-established law firm. This is a full-time role offering excellent benefits and competitive salary.
As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to your principal and assist in delivering top-quality legal services to clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Diary management and appointment scheduling.
- Onboarding new clients and completing necessary checks.
- Opening, closing, and archiving files.
- Audio typing and dictation.
- Producing legal documents such as wills and lasting powers of attorney (LPA).
- Answering calls and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Managing financial tasks such as preparing estate accounts, requesting payments, and completing necessary financial documentation
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant or similar role.
- Experience within the Private Client sector, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, and probate.
- Good academic background.
- Strong typing and Computer literacy.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:15pm
