Join us as a Merchandise Planning and Operations Manager (Global Partnerships) in a pivotal role collaborating closely with the Head of Partnerships and Key Account Managers. Your focus will be on developing, owning, and executing the stock strategy, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, as our partners and territories grow and evolve. Successful candidates will have significant Merchandising experience, preferably in a Non-food multi-channel retail environment. Experience with SAP and Relex would be advantageous. Quick decision-making and the ability to work in a changing, growing environment are crucial for success in this role. Are you ready to join the party, take on a new challenge and contribute to the continued growth and success of our global partnerships? #JoinOurTeam #GlobalPartnerships #MerchandisingOpportunity Use analysis alongside knowledge of markets, customer profiles and suppliers to develop the optimal strategy Ensure customer frameworks relating to space, options, architecture and buy plans align to the overall operating model and strategic direction Conduct periodic reviews of performance, understanding how this may impact future performance and reflect risks and opportunities You will contribute to the weekly trade reviews and post implementation reviews, collaborating with cross functional teams ensuring that they are clear on priority actions and lessons learnt You’ll be accountable for the global partnerships stock KPI’s, including purchase orders, seasonal and promotional events, total DC and store stock levels, exit planning You’ll be responsible for partnerships stock: WSSI planning, Partner OTB management process, inbound and outbound purchase orders, markdown plan, clearance, total DC & store stock levels, replenishment & ordering parameters to deliver customer  SLA’s, on stock commitments, availability, & reviewing forecasts Collaborate with key stakeholders on cross functional activity and provide insight and measurement to support Develop and implement joint stock business plans with customers in line with partnerships strategy.  Liaise with global suppliers and sourcing offices to identify the most cost-effective sourcing routes Work with internal and external supply chain teams to review and manage export logistics  Plan and prioritise inbound and outbound stock flow, understanding the impact on supply, logistics and customer teams and communicating issues where appropriate Ensure a great customer experience through delivery of merchandising milestones within the critical path, ensuring any issues are resolved through liaising with suppliers and stakeholders Significant Merchandising experience, preferably in a Non-food multi-channel retail environment Ability to work both individually and as part of a team to deliver business objectives Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving dynamic retail environment Confidence to influence and engage, building relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels Organised with strong planning capabilities Agile and able to manage competing and changing priorities Strong IT skills especially Excel & PowerPoint Experience of SAP and Relex would be advantageous
