You will support a lady living in her own bungalow or support to three ladies who share their home together. Each have their own interests, preferences, abilities and needs. There is lots of variety.As a support worker you play a vital role, empowering people to live active and meaningful lives. Your support will include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs. Working in our friendly teams, you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support.Manual, UK driving licence required.Benefits:Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £12.27 to £12.54 p/h)Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.
