What you’ll do:
Collecting mail/packages from the floors and loading bay
Meeting couriers for deliveries and collections
Scanning items with an X-ray and tagging in mail/packages onto the system
Delivering mail/packages to the floors
Helping with portering duties
Managing stationery and their orders
Answering phones and emails
Booking of couriers, local and international
Looking after the physical side of printers – stocking of paper, jams, ink replacement
What you bring:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills for record keeping/tracking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a mail room or similar is a plus, but not essential.
