As an Occupational Health Advisor (OHA), you will be at the forefront of promoting employee health and safety. Your responsibilities will include providing specialist nursing skills and managing various activities such as Occupational Health referrals, immunisation programmes, health screening, and workplace assessments. You will conduct assessments via face-to-face, video, or telephone consultations, and maintain excellent communication with clients, HR teams, and colleagues. Your role will also involve staying updated on changing legislation, managing clinical equipment, and ensuring report submissions are timely. With autonomy in decision-making, you will play a key role in supporting employees and improving workplace health.
Hours of Work: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: �40,000 - �48,000 per annum
Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with SCPHN and NMC/NMBI registration
* A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in a similar setting
* Excellent organisational, clinical, and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills and experience with clinical software
