What You’ll Do
Procure and manage laboratory inventory and consumables to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with GDP/GMP standards in procurement and documentation.
Oversee Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and liaise with suppliers for optimal stock levels.
Handle receipt, inspection, labeling, and storage of materials.
Manage invoice queries, return shipping, and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Participate in meetings with procurement teams and laboratories to ensure material availability.
Lead and support the Administration Laboratory Support Team
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in Stores/Materials Management, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Laboratory settings.
Strong understanding of GMP and GDP compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage inventory effectively and maintain accurate stock levels.
Experience in procurement coordination with a focus on optimizing supply chains.
Minimum 3 years experience for Senior Coordinator; 1 year for Junior Coordinator.
