We are currently looking for an experienced Band 5/6 MMT Pharmacy Technician to join a dedicated hospital pharmacy team in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician with prior hospital-based wards experience to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
* Prior hospital-based wards experience is essential
* GHPC Registered Pharmacy Technician
* Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
* Strong knowledge of Medication Management and Therapy (MMT)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
* Support in the preparation and dispensing of medications for hospital wards
* Assist with medication reviews and therapy management
* Ensure medication safety and accuracy in line with hospital policies
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Benefits:
