You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.Main ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of hospital mechanical systems, including boilers, HVAC, and medical gas systems.Perform PPM, fault-finding, diagnostics, and hands-on repairs.Lead and support subcontractors and team members on maintenance and capital projects.Use Sodexo’s CAFM system to process and monitor maintenance workflows.Provide on-call and 7-day cover as part of a rota, responding to emergencies promptly.Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, HTM guidelines, and Health & Safety requirements.Maintain professionalism when interacting with clinical staff, patients, and contractors.For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job descriptionIdeal CandidateEssentialApprenticeship-trained with a minimum of City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering.
