As our Trade Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of our bustling trade store. Your main focus will be delivering outstanding levels of customer service, enhancing their experience with your knowledge of our products creating leads and providing quotes while ensuring the store is stocked, tidy, and welcoming. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of housekeeping, managing cash and stock transactions, and using the Netsuite computer system to streamline operations. By building positive relationships with both customers and team members, you will help promote the Strukta brand and ensure that we deliver 'Construction Solutions Delivered FAST!'
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, 6:30am - 4:30pm
Trade Store Manager Requirements:
* Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
* Outstanding customer service standards and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of building materials, with a willingness to learn further.
* Proficient IT skills, particularly in using systems like Netsuite.
* Effective time management and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
