A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Event and Operations Assistant to join Restaurant Associates delivering world class hospitality for our partner.The Event and Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing the behind-the-scenes logistics related to food and beverage services. This role requires the successful applicant to travel and work abroad for approximately half of the year beside a high performance team within Formula 1Restaurant Associates bring fabulous hospitality to life in workplaces and venues. Connecting people through personalised menus, a sustainable spirit and the tastiest ingredients, we serve up exceptional experiences that feel good. Assist in receiving, unloading, and organising catering supplies Manage inventory, ensuring all supplies are available and in the correct quantities before and during events.Track deliveries and handle any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.Help set up food and beverage stations Ensure that all catering areas are well-stocked with food, drinks, cutlery, and serving utensils throughout the event.Collaborate with the catering team to ensure proper food presentation and arrangement in accordance with brand standards.
