Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey. Fostering strong relationships, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their treatment decisions.
Deliver consultations to educate patients about our services.
Support patients with their treatment plans and associated costs, promoting finance options if required.
Work closely with the wider dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service.
Assist the practice manager with driving practice growth and lead generation, through referral networking, patient events and social media management.
Utilise internal data and reports to identify area’s of opportunity and drive success.
Skills And Experience
Registered Dental Nurse with current GDC registration
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and great organisation skills
Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and social media platforms
Diary management and appointment scheduling experience
Flexible to work around the needs of the business if needed
Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator (desirable)
