An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Intervention Service (EIS) Practitioner to join a dynamic NHS team based in South London. This is a full-time role offering a competitive pay rate of �26 per hour, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

* Role: Early Intervention Service Practitioner
* Location: South London
* Pay Rate: �27 per hour
* Contract: 3-6 months ongoing
* Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00)
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing specialist support and care for individuals accessing the Early Intervention Service.
* Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and prevent relapse in service users experiencing first episodes of psychosis.
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families to deliver person-centered care.
* Supporting service users to achieve positive outcomes, including reintegration into the community, employment, and education.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with NHS standards and policies.
Candidate Requirements:
* Prior experience in an Early Intervention Service (EIS) role is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
* A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing psychosis and the importance of early intervention.
* Relevant professional qualifications and registration with an appropriate body.
