Full Time | Office Coordinator | Nottingham Head Office | £30,000 per annum.Duration: 6-month contract (with the potential to become permanent)About the Role:We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at Acuity Care Group to assist the business and its respective regions with general admin tasks to promote smooth running of the day-to-day activities for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.Acuity Care Group is made up of three divisions: Bespoke Health & Social Care, Team Brain Injury Support and Learning Disability & Autism.We area leading, specialist provider of complex clinical care services to individuals throughout the UK. Excellent communication and customer service skills are key to this role as you will be expected to build and maintain effective working relationships with key members across the business.Reporting to the HR Director and working as part of a team, this is a varied role, involving regular contact with departments, managers, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a smooth running of the business.As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the set-up and coordination of the office, ensuring a smooth running of the business. You will be involved in exciting projects and will be responsible for administration tasks i.e., ordering stationary, managing the deliveries while also liaising with couriers for the business and booking travel and accommodation for our staff.
