Join Get Set UK as an Apprentice Business Administrator - In Work Support
An exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who is looking to start their career in administration and join an award-winning organisation that provides an opportunity to work within the central support functions. You will enjoy interacting with people over the telephone and assisting in day-to-day admin duties.
What will the apprentice be doing?

Face to face and over the phone contact with Customers
Schedule weekly 'check in' calls to Customers during their tenure with Clients
Use database to monitor and record Customers progression
Liaise with Employment Advisors and Work Coaches regularly
Work with the Caseload Advisors to act quickly when a Customer falls out of work
Manage email inbox
Organise diary of appointments

Skills & Experience needed

Terrific communication skills - You will be the face and voice for Get Set UK
Technical literacy - Able to navigate new systems and databases as well as important emails
Attention to detail - Accurate records and communication are essential
Organisational skills - Ability to organise your own diary effectively
Initiative - Pro actively address concerns before a team member picks them up
Motivated & Enthusiastic - A 'can do' attitude to do your best and work well as a team
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) essential

You will be assigned a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
There will be workshops that you need to attend remotely via Zoom
