We are seeking a Mobilisation and Projects Manager to lead the successful mobilisation of new and existing services while driving key projects across our diverse portfolio, including catering, cleaning, portering, and retail services.In this pivotal role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless transitions, exceeding customer expectations, and fostering innovation and excellence in service delivery.What You’ll Do:Mobilisation of Services:Take the lead on mobilising new and existing contracts, ensuring smooth transitions for clients and internal teams.Develop and execute detailed mobilisation plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate operational readiness, ensuring compliance and delivery standards.Manage recruitment, training, and induction processes as part of the mobilisation.Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to address challenges.Project Management:Oversee and deliver key projects across the Soft FM portfolio, meeting strategic goals.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.Implement and monitor project KPIs, aligning deliverables with client expectations.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and applying lessons learned.Collaboration & Innovation:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, procurement, and IT.Conduct audits and reviews, addressing any performance or service delivery issues.Leverage data and feedback to implement innovative solutions and improve processes.What We’re Looking For:Essential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in a similar role within the Soft FM industry, with exposure to catering, cleaning, portering, and retail services.Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements in Soft FM.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Desirable Qualities:Professional qualifications in project management or facilities management.Experience working with public sector clients or within complex organisations.Knowledge of sustainable practices and initiatives in FM services.Ready to Take the Lead?If you have the expertise, passion, and drive to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.
