As a Community Mental Health Nurse , you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care to patients in their own environments. Here's a glimpse into your daily impact:

* Medication Management : Administer prescribed medications on schedule, providing vital support in their treatment plans.

* Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks to ensure the safety of patients and their environment, creating a secure path to recovery.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Active NMC Registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
* Demonstrated experience in community mental health settings .
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* A proactive approach to working both independently and as part of a team.
