As a Ceramic Spray Cell Operative, you will be responsible for applying either engobe undercoat or glaze paint onto high-quality sinks, ensuring that every coat is applied to perfection. You will also assist in moving products around the area, taking pride in the luxury finish of every sink you glaze. Your commitment to high standards and attention to detail will drive the success of our operations.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent
Ceramic Spray Cell Operative Requirements:
* A rounded understanding of the spray process
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
* Strong communication skills for reporting defects or unsafe practices
* Committed to maintaining high housekeeping standards
