We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as an Insights and Impact Senior Coordinator. In this role you will oversee the LFC Foundation’s data systems and take a key role in data management.You will also contribute to the review of LFC Foundation’s systems and data management approach as it commences an ambitious 5-year growth period.What will you be doing?Project Planning and executionWorking in collaboration with LFC Foundation teams and LFC, develop a comprehensive project plan including, timelines, milestones, and anyadditionalsupport needed for data migration tosystems.Coordinate project activities and tasks, identify and resolve issues and mitigate risks.Lead project meetings, clearly defining projectobjectives,scopeand deliverables.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Leverage extensive IT systems knowledge to guide project implementationEnsure integration with other systems, for example the Premier League Charitable Fund (PLCF) Salesforce system.Stakeholder communicationCollaborate with teams to customise and configure solutions to meet the specific requirements of the LFC Foundation and other funders.Work collaboratively with teams and technology partnersCreate clear and open communication channels with all project stakeholdersProvide regular project status updates and reports, highlighting key milestones and issues.Quality assuranceImplement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data,systemsand toolsOversee thorough testing and validation to guarantee system functionality and performanceDevelop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and complianceTrainingDevelop and deliver training in relation to digital systems to LFC Foundation staff members.Support staff to ensure that they are equipped to use new systems on a one to one and team basis.Who are we looking for?To be successful in this role, you will have proven recent experience of delivering CRM projects, including demonstrable experience of salesforce and other CRM platforms.You’ll have experience of successfully managing technology projects and experience owning and maintaining systems once implemented. You will also have proven experience of ongoing system maintenance. You’ll have technical expertise in data management systems, database administration and data governance, as well as a strong background in system configuration and data management. You will have experience and the ability to train a wide variety of staff/stakeholders to ensure that they are equipped to use new systems on a one to one and team basis.Why should you apply?This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity for a period of 18 months, working 35 hours per week on a 5 from 7-day basis.
