Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Head of Development you will:
* Understand the client’s needs and requirements, key strategic deliverables on the bid and any considerations for Veolia in the development of the bid.
* Work with the Business Development Manager to develop solutions (technical, legal and financial aspects).
* Work in collaboration with regional and support functions to ensure buy-in and development of robust proposals.
* Ensure that tenders are submitted on time and in line with the client requirements.
* Research and assist in the production of detailed Method Statements for tender submission.
* Manage the preparation of presentations and attend all client meetings.
* Involvement in stakeholder engagement and planning consultations.
* Manage the liaison with Local Authorities (clarification process).
* Write and proofread sections of the tender.
* Produce a high standard of work in terms of accuracy and consistency.
* Provide other project management and general support for the department as needed.
