We have ambitious growth plans and are focused on becoming an Employer of choice.We have an opportunity for a confident and experienced Project Manager to join our team to support some key project delivery across our organisation.Main purpose of this jobProvide day to day project management support effectively to the Executive and Senior Management Group populationWork in a coordinating role to develop and provide project management capability across the business, keeping communication channels open in in order to deliver on key projects and build stakeholder relationshipsEffectively create professional relationships with stakeholders in order to deliver on workload and become a trusted person.Be confident when closing down actions and delivering projects to strict timescales, able to effectively manage expectations within the Exec and SMG populationConfidentially exercise key project management skills & experience and be able to ‘see the bigger picture’ when leading a project flow. You will need to be confident in delivering and executing ideas to ensure a successful resultYou will work as part of a team but with the ability to take responsibility and accountability for independent work packages. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to extend your skills and experience across programme/project management and business analysis and extend your career within a growing company.Key Responsibility AreasSupporting corporate governance, including supporting the preparation and compilation of agendasand reports, data analysisand presentationSupporting effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of project management activity - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of specific projects, and outwardly on its coherence with other projects and corporate, clinical and specialist standards Ad hoc programmes and projects:Participating in risk reviews and escalating as necessaryReporting the progress of the programme/project at regular intervals to the executive sponsor and escalating risks, concerns or barriers to successCo-ordinate the work of other ad hoc members of the programme/project team as necessary.To maintain the focus, momentum and engagement of staff actively involved in the delivery of programmes and projectsTo maintain up-to-date project documentation including risks and issues logs, ensuring that action is taken to address these to enable projects to achieve their objectivesINDEM
