Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for an Agriculture Lecturer – Land Based to join our team at Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA) on a Fixed Term Contract expiring in July 2025, working on a full-time basis.Agriculture Lecturer – Land BasedThe Agriculture Lecturer – Land-Based role at BCA is full-time and fixed term, ending in July 2025. Reporting to the Head of Department Horticulture, Agriculture, and Equine. The primary purpose of this role is to teach and contribute to the development and support of various agriculture programs, including Land-based T Levels.Key responsibilities include teaching a variety of programs within the department, acting as a personal tutor, and leading course management for specific programs. The Agriculture Lecturer – Land Based will also be involved in curriculum development, particularly in developing and implementing Land-based T-Level programs.Additional duties include supporting students with educational needs, contributing to the marketing and recruitment of programs, developing external contacts, promoting industry-based work, and overseeing the coordination and administration of certain programs.
