- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying and exploiting opportunities to extend clients' business
- Contributing on a strategic level to clients' business, showing understanding of their commercial environment and monitoring media issues
- Actively participating in new business development, including identifying opportunities and preparing and presenting new business recommendations
- Taking an active role in shaping and implementing initiatives to enhance and share best practice across the company
- Confidently managing incidents and monitoring crises
- Committed to coaching and developing direct reports
