The Role:
Report to the CEO of the Company, as a senior executive responsible for originating and building executive relationship and pursuing strategic deals in Government/Public sector in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
* Develop 3 years portfolio and account growth strategy for Government Sector, towards driving annual revenue from both existing and new accounts with high delivered margin
* Assist to rebuild the Government account team by helping to identify, approach and persuade suitable candidates
* Work with the account team in shaping and organizing the required effort to support relationship development and opportunity pursuits.
* Integrate closely with HQ Strategic Business Group and capability groups (e.g. Client Service Units, Apps LOBS, Infra LOBS, Advanced Technologies etc) and other 3rd parties (e.g. HW/SW vendors, SI vendors etc) to bring in new ideas and solutions to address client business needs.
* Promote and build Company brand in Public Sector via external market development events.
* Act as a strategic partner to clients and be responsible for achieving high client satisfaction score through a deep understanding of business needs via close client engagement and interaction
* Responsible for developing a point of view or thought leadership once a year to strengthen the Company brand position in the marketplace
* Develop local Government and Education specific campaigns
* Identify and explore potential Government opportunities in Hong Kong
* Leverage on consulting skills and expertise in technology and unique knowledge to create and generate values to clients which will create and lead to strategic opportunity.
* Leverage on consulting skills to manage and align different client stakeholders, who often have different set of concerns, to lead to a concrete sales origination
* Together with the delivery leadership, oversee the successful delivery of sold projects and satisfaction of clients
* Managing and collaborating with different Line of Businesses to sell and deliver differentiated services to clients
Requirements:
* Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
* 20 years or more in IT or ICT Consulting industry with 8 years or more experience focusing on Public Sector
* Understand and ability to apply social styles technique to manage stakeholders
* Key account/client domain knowledge
* Excellent communications and able to work well with executive level and management staff.
