We are currently looking for a Content and Communications Coordinator to join our busy team in Cambridge or Chelmsford!
As a Content and Communications Coordinator, you will take the lead in conveying our College's value proposition through innovative content creation and strategic communication. Working closely with our University Partner and Shared Services, your role will encompass the development of marketing materials, management of social media platforms, and coordination of student attraction campaigns. You will craft insightful communications to engage various customer segments throughout the student lifecycle, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
Hours of Work: Full-time, 12 month FTC
Content and Communications Coordinator Requirements:
* Degree level study in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related sector qualifications/training
* In-depth understanding of social media trends and online campaign activities
* Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts
* Ability to develop content for on and offline platforms
* Demonstrable experience of working to brief
* Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
Desirable:
* Experience of working in a university environment in a marketing, communications or international function
* A working knowledge of international social media platforms
* Front-line customer relationship management to multicultural clientele
* An effective knowledge of university pathway programmes and/or tertiary education
