As a Night Supervisor at Sodexo at Haywood Hospital, You will be in responsible for leading a team and managing daily operations to improve the quality of people's lives. Ensuring that your team creates a safe, clean and sterile environment for the well-being and safety of patients, staff, and visitors is a critical role in preventing the spread of infection. What you’ll do:    


Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities 
Oversee, plan and coordinate operations ensuring that you and your team create a sterile and safe environment e.g cleaning desks, ceilings and vents, walls, blinds, and other surfaces.
Maintain patient safety by keeping their rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas safe.
Ensure a safe working environment throughout the hospital for all employees   
Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace
Support staff orientation and team training and development.

Previous supervisory experience
Ability to perform physical aspects of the job
