What you’ll do:
Welcome guests, customers, and students to our prestigious university.
Ensure that you deliver 5-star customer service at all times
To support the client in delivering sector leading accommodation services.
Assistance for workplace training, inductions, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
Handle enquiries via telephone, email, social media, and computer aided facilities management platforms and face to face.
Issue and control of resident, contractor and staff keys
To complete administration tasks on the University's Accommodation system, which includes tasks such as checking students in and out, running reports and applying charges to student accounts
Input maintenance requests into an electronic QFM system following relevant guidelines, training and policies. To monitor jobs and follow up on those that haven’t been completed.
Display adaptability and assist the team with any tasks or projects they require assistance with
What you bring:
Excellent team spirit and outstanding communication skills
Prior experience in a similar role is a benefit, however a can-do attitude and 100% customer focus will tick the box.
The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
Champion for safety and health procedures
A desire, if you're interested, to develop and advance your career
