As a Receptionist at HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, you'll maintain service delivery in a 24 hour Accommodation reception and complete general receptionist duties. You will be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do. 

What you’ll do:


To work within an Accommodation Reception on a fixed rota.  Day shifts and night shifts.
Liaise with internal and external customers
Creating paperwork for arrivals.
Checking in and out.
To respond to queries at reception desk and incoming calls.
Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements
To carry out any other reasonable tasks and/or instructions as directed by management


What you bring:


Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Available to work flexible pattern
Strong organisation and time management skills
Good customer service skills


Desirable:


Experience of shift work

Package Description
20.5 hours per week
6 shifts every 4 weeks (05:30-17:30 or 17:30-05:30)
