UBLUK is currently seeking an exceptional Credit Admin Officer / Risk Analyst to join their dynamic team in Mayfair, London!
As a Credit Admin Officer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Credit Admin department on all aspects of Loan Administration. Your responsibilities will include obtaining quotes from surveyors and solicitors for approved transactions, liaising with internal stakeholders, issuing valuation fee letters, managing the safe custody of legal documentation, and ensuring timely payments of invoices. Additionally, you will oversee various documentation processes and adhere to bank procedures, contributing to key controls and organisational projects that enhance our operational efficiency.
Credit Admin Officer Requirements
* Knowledge of Equation loan system.
* Understanding of industry practices and proportional risk management approaches.
* Experience within a Financial Services environment, preferably in Operations/Credit Administration.
* Proven attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
