We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy team in the vibrant Manchester, M62 Corridor!

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities based on leads from interested potential clients. This role involves seeking new customers and guiding them through all stages of the sales process, including preparing quotes. You will be pivotal in arranging meetings, introducing the company, and opening new business accounts while managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring ongoing account management on a day-to-day basis.

Hours of Work: Full-time position with flexibility.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

* Excellent sales skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and build relationships at all levels.
* Smart, presentable, and attentive, with strong presentation skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales in a target-driven environment.
* Ideally experienced in B2B selling within professional services.
* Familiarity with Facilities Management Companies would be advantageous.
* Must possess a full driver's licence.

Business Development Manager Benefits:

* Salary starting at �40,000, with realistic OTE of �60,000+ through uncapped commission and bonuses.
