As an Operations Warehouse Supervisor, you will be jointly accountable for overseeing the essential operational needs of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing the timely delivery of stock to our valued customers, maintaining rigorous stock control, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving the team to meet the key performance indicators with an ambitious service level target of 99%. Your leadership will be integral in ensuring that our processes run efficiently and effectively, enhancing our reputation as a leading Specialist Builders Merchant.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Operations Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 months in a similar warehousing role
* At least 12 months of experience in fleet management
* Understanding of the FORS framework
* Proven track record of enhancing logistics operations in terms of costs, materials handling, and delivery accuracy
* Demonstrable experience in managing warehouse staff with strong people management skills
