Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 qualified Nursery Assistant to join our nursery in London, Battersea, SW8.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure a clean and safe environment.
* Administer first aid when necessary and maintain accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to deliver excellent childcare.
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
* Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Stay updated with the latest best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

* Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Compassionate, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
