If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Prison Library Coordinator at HMP Addiewell.In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a quality library service to both prisoners and staff. You’ll coordinate library operations to ensure a seamless provision of resources that support educational programmes and purposeful activities. By promoting the benefits of literacy and learning, you’ll help cultivate an environment where knowledge and skills can flourish.As a Library Services Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with the rehabilitation team to ensure the library aligns with curriculum developments and offers a diverse and enriching experience. You’ll also take the lead in organising library resources, managing overdue materials, and delivering engaging sessions that promote literature, language, and culture.
