30-45 hours per week (variable)
Childminding Assistant Duties:
As a Childminding Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily care and supervision of children aged 0-5 years, ensuring a safe and engaging environment where discovery and joy flourish. You will support activity planning, help with meal preparation, maintain hygiene and safety, observe children's progress, and communicate positively with parents. Your collaborative spirit will ensure that together with our lead childminder, we provide an exceptional early years experience.
Childminding Assistant Requirements:
* Previous experience in childcare is preferred but not essential-training can be provided.
Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3) are desirable but not mandatory.
Current Paediatric First Aid certificate preferred or a willingness to obtain one.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A friendly, patient attitude with excellent organisational skills.
