Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist company providing Direct Cremation funeral plans and services. We have grown rapidly since 2015 and we are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Administration team to support future growth.Salary: £23,809.50 Annually (Pro Rata)Hours: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 2pmAbout the role:Predominantly inputting customers' details from online and postal application forms into our CRM system and producing funeral plan documents.Contacting customers to discuss queries on the application form.The role also includes supporting the wider business with ad-hoc administrative tasksThe successful candidate will have the following skillsYou will be computer literate as all of our systems are computerised and experience with Word and Outlook is essentialSpeed and accuracy are very important due to the high volumes of applications received.You must have the ability to work in a busy environment and be able to multitaskYou must have a good telephone manner and understand the expectations of customer service.Proven Track record of:Working in accordance with detailed procedures.Ability to solve problems and identify process improvements.Flexible approach and an ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs.Strong individual work ethic whilst enjoying being part of a larger teamWe provide:Full training so you can excel in your job.
