The Role
You'll be part of the fantastic manufacturing team working to produce labels, tags and wristbands used in multiple industries. You will be operating flexographic printing machines.

Main Responsibilities
* Review job instructions and requirements
* Setting up of machine including material, tooling, plates, inks and auxiliary equipment
* Operation of flexographic printing machinery (Nilpeter FA*4 desirable)
* Loading of material reels onto to various lines of equipment
* Producing rolls/packs of self-adhesive and/or tag labels
* Conduct Quality inspections and monitor and control print quality
* Complete relevant quality documents associated with the process
* Maintain optimum Health and Safety standards and always keep press and work area clean and tidy
* Complete relevant inhouse training courses both practical and online
* Work to shipping deadlines/production schedules
* Consistently achieve productivity/quality targets

The Candidate
* Prior experience of operating flexographic printing machinery essential (lithographic will be considered)
* Knowledge of EFI Auto-Count 4D Desirable
* Able to work using own initiative
* Excellent eye for detail
* Able to problem solve
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Basic IT Skills
* Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
* Use trolleys or hand trucks to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
