HCRG Care Group is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting key projects and programs within our change portfolio. As a Business Analyst, you’ll dive deep into understanding and translating both user and business needs, ensuring project outcomes not only align with our service vision but also propel HCRG Care Group’s strategic goals forward, creating lasting value for the healthcare community at large.

In this collaborative role, you’ll work within a multi-disciplinary project team, partnering closely with clinical and operational teams as well as a variety of stakeholders both within and beyond our organization. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until July 2025, It offers a hybrid work model, with an expectation for regular visits to services located in Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire.

Main ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:

Requirement and Information Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders using a variety of tools and techniques to gather and document business and user requirements, and/or collate baseline information to support change projects.

Gap Analysis: Understand business processes and procedures to determine where key differences or inconsistencies occur.

Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets to draw insights and develop recommendations / present findings to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.

Process Mapping: Evaluate and map ‘as-is’ processes, identify areas for improvement or efficiency / alignment to overall project strategy. Work with stakeholders to develop ‘to-be’ processes.

Solution design: Facilitating workshops to design a range of business solutions.

Project Support: Provide support to the Project & Change Lead in planning, monitoring and coordinating project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between different stakeholder groups, clearly communicating key project messages. Listening to stakeholder feedback and collating issues or ideas.

The Ideal CandidateEssential Requirements:


Experience as a Business Analyst in project teams.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Skilled in defining and interpreting technical and business requirements.
Analytical problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
Proficient in data collection (e.g., interviews, questionnaires).
Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
Knowledge of business analysis techniques (e.g., process mapping, data modeling).
Skilled in creating tailored, high-quality management reports.


Desirable:


Experience in healthcare settings.
Familiarity with BPMN.
PRINCE2 certification or similar.
