What you’ll do:
Keep our building services equipment and systems in top notch condition
Troubleshooting and fixing any issues that come up, making sure everything runs smoothly
Jumping in on continuous improvement projects to boost our operations
Reactive maintenance to include some plumbing and basic electrical work
Diagnose faults and repair assets within Building Services such as (but not limited to) Fan Coils, Pumps, Air Handling Units and drainage works
Undertake routine maintenance and ensure that systems are maintained to the appropriate standard as defined by relevant regulation and best practice
Carry out like for like asset replacement and minor new works as directed
General building maintenance
What you bring:
Proven experience within a similar role
Minimum Level 2 in a related discipline
Training in Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness, Confined Spaces, Legionella awareness, ACOPL8/HSG274 (or be willing to be trained)
Knowledge of plumbing, tools and equipment
Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
