What you’ll do:
Assist the team at Loading Bay when required.
Ensure that all mail items are sorted and distributed in accordance with the mailroom guidance.
Responsible for replenishment of paper and toner cartridges of printers
Responsible for replenishment of stationary items within the stationary area
Track and trace the deliveries.
Ensure all duties and tasks are completed in line with company procedures and policies.
Responsible for maintaining and complying with company Health and Safety standard.
Monitor and respond to queries in the Mailroom team mailboxes.
What you bring:

Good understanding of mailroom process and requirements
Enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and ambitious
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
