Technical Operations ManagerLocation: DublinSalary: €55,000 – €60,000As a Technical Operations Manager at Sodexo, you will be a driving force behind maintaining the operational efficiency of key production facilities.You’ll oversee the technical services in a dynamic environment, ensuring that production systems are optimised, and sustainability goals are met.This role is integral to supporting critical infrastructure at the large manufacturing sites for our global client in Dublin.You will be at the forefront of regulatory adherence and operational excellence, contributing to long-term asset reliability and efficiency in a complex and evolving production environment.Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you’ll do:Lead technical operations across key production-related buildings, ensuring optimal performance.Manage compliance with Irish regulatory and environmental standards, including ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure high asset uptime.Drive sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy reduction and resource conservation.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory bodies.Oversee a team of technical staff and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.Lead CapEx projects, ensuring successful and timely completion.What you bring:Proved experience in technical services within a manufacturing or production environment.Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering), with Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process infrastructure.Proven experience in managing compliance with Irish regulatory and ISO standards.Leadership experience with the ability to manage technical teams across multiple sites.Expertise in driving sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.You'll belong in a company and team that values you for you, act with purpose, and have an impact through your everyday actions.
