What the apprenticeship brings:
Shadowing trained technicians in all engineering aspects across facilities services
Exposure to a broad range of both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
A hands on vocational apprenticeship, whilst attending college 1 day per week
Level 3 accreditation upon successful completion
The programme is supported by our training partners Salford City College. They will provide support throughout the duration of the apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship scheme with Sodexo is a fixed term contract for a period of 3-4 years however, our ambition is to provide employment on completion in line with business requirements aligned to account succession / development plans.

Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn!
Great communication skills and a team player
Previous experience/qualifications are not required. (However, if not already obtained, functional skills tests may be required in maths/English)
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

£10.00 - £11.44 per hour (as per NMW) + Sodexo Benefits
